Susan Lynne brings 20 years of experience to her work. Her diverse background includes Management, Psychology, Training Design/Facilitation and Organizational Development.

Management and Organizational Development

As a Director in an international management consulting firm, Susan's responsibilities included employee management, recruitment, sales, client relationship management, organizational development and project management. Early in her career, Susan held positions at Kodak Canada, Security Card Systems, and Ontario Training Corporation. 

Executive Coaching

Susan graduated from an innovative three year program in psychotherapy at the Transpersonal Therapy Centre of Toronto, where she has since designed and facilitated workshops. She has also studied with the Coaches Training Institute of California. When working with clients she acts as a catalyst for their personal and professional development.

Training Facilitation

Susan designs and facilitates workshops and key note talks on Leadership, Organizational Psychology and Self-Development. She is a Master Trainer for McLuhan and Davies Communications, where she accredits trainers in communication skills workshops. She has facilitated over 1,500 days to excellent reviews across Canada, and in five other countries.
